Combat Fit

Combat Fit is a 45 minutes class based on boxing / kickboxing in the form of fitness. Students will learn to use: focus pads, speed ball, heavy bag, floor to ceiling ball and will learn basic defensive techiniques as well as exercises to improve overall health and cardio vascular fitness.

 

Combat Fit will run for 10 sessions throughout Term 3, every Monday morning from 7.40-8.25am.
